WordPress gets stuck in in maintenance mode when installing new plugins or updating existing

Hi

My WordPress gets stuck in in maintenance mode when installing new plugins or updating existing. It just errors out. I have to go into the directory and delete the .maintenance file every time.

Any ideas why this is happening or how to fix it? I am running the latest version of WordPress.

SOLVED – Seems it was being caused by the plugin ‘**Premium Starter Templates’**
