WordPress had to reinstall my admin and I don’t know how to proceed with getting my site back up

I was having all kinds of issues. Tech support did a clean install of WordPress because I wasn’t able to access WP-Admin. That’s back now, but my website is a shell of its former self.

I assume I need to reinstall my theme, any plugins and then try to navigate files back to….?????

Here’s the message they sent. I’m just kind of confused. Thanks.
