WordPress keeps logging me out after I close chrome and reopen!

So I have downloaded a plugin to prevent concurrent users from logging in, and after that WordPress keeps logging you out after you close and reopen (cache issues) I thought deleting the plugin would help but that didn't do anything and the issue persists, any idea how to fix that?
