Please help: I am based in California, while my development team is in India and can’t see my WordPress instance there.
I originally purchased my domain from Google Domains without launching a site, then transferred it to HostGator. We’ve now installed WP on HostGator, and when I go to my domain (www.cabusinessspace.com) the standard “hello world” appears for me, as well as friends of mine in the East Coast of the US and in Italy. However, my development team in India still only sees a domain error page that reads, “hum can’t find this page” with error code: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
HostGator had restarted the entire instance several times and directed us to wait a few days and try again. Weeks go by and no change.
Any idea why only India isn’t able to see it while Europe and the US can?
