Hi jdelgadoesteban,
i looks like no SecSign ID is assigned to this wordpress user. You can check and change that in the user profile or in the SecSign Login options.
If you have locked yourself out of the site, you can follow our FAQ entry to deactive the plugin: https://projectdmc.org/plugins/secsign/#description
You can than reactive it and reassign a SecSign ID to your wordpress account.
