I’ve searched and researched and am still confused. Before I spend any more money on plugins and addons, I need to speak (like actually live communication on the phone) with a human being that can help me solve my issues. I realize everyone’s issues are unique so the more tutorials I watch/read, the more confusing it gets.
My setup:
* Single domain
* Multiple sub-domains (sub)
* All subs need unique user login pages and logos, etc
* All subs have a store and users
How I would like it to work:
* All subs, including the main use the same library of products. However, I need to be able to control which category of products are available from sub to sub
* I am able to manage all orders made on all subs from one central admin
* I am able to manage all users of all subs from one central admin
* Each sub user notifications can be unique
I think I am almost there using woocommerce multistore, however I’m stuck having to clone each site and therefore duplicating 1,000s of product images.
I’m technical enough to install and manage all of it, I’m just not experienced enough to know which setup I really need. And I don’t want to waste anymore money on plugins that are not needed or overlap.
Just need an hour of an expert’s time. Please DM if you can help.

Why not offload the image assets somewhere, like DO spaces and serve them from there to all your sites?
