I am building a website that basically promotes registration of in-person education. The client wants to add the feature where people who have attended the class would have their name and city float up the side of the page. I’ve linked an example below. Essentially “Dr. John – Fort Myers, FL” would float up the screen amongst 10-20 other names.
Does anyone know of a plugin that is capable of doing this? Thank you for the help!

I doubt that if there is any specific plugin for it. Can me made using a little javascript. Can’t you do it yourself?
You could integrate a [3rd party]) [JS library]) into your theme and apply it to whatever css class you want to use.
