Hello, I’m new to WordPress and I’m doing a college project with it. I was browsing a plugin that I will eventually need but in order to install the especific plugin I need to upgrade my WordPress for a E-commerce subscription.
The plugin is completely free, do I really need to pay to make a offline website just for college purposes or am I doing something wrong?
