Our WordPress Quote system is working correctly when directing the emails to an @gmail account. For some reason when we direct the quotes to our domain, @business name.com, were not receiving anything. Checked spam as well. Even when I forward all mail from the @gmail account to the @business name account it isn’t received.
Anyone have experience with this issue? I believe it’s more related to Google domains.
Tldr – WordPress Quote email not being received by Google domain email. But is working when being sent to @gmail email.
The key issue is the FROM address. What from email address are you using? Does the domain for that address have its SPF record setup in the DNS?
