Hi there, I just published a new blog post (https://followfichte.com/empire-state-trail-2024/)and realized that the site keeps realoading/crashing on all of my mobile web browsers, but works fine on desktop. After some initial troubleshooting I found that for some reason the crashes are caused somehow by the iframe embedded code snippets from another site (RideWithGPS maps).
When I publish the same site without any of those embedded maps it works.
When I publish the same site with only one of those embedded maps it also works.
So at some point it seems to be breaking, causing reloads and a crashing site.
What could be the issue?
How could this be resolved, so that I can keep all the maps on the site?
Loads up fine here. Albeit with some speed issues. The site doesn’t look optimized at all. Try to introduction some caching along with cdn.
Shared url is wrong, contains “)and”.
The page indeed seems to “break”. In Arc (mobile) it shows a light blue screen, Safari actually notices something repeatingly going wrong.
I suggest trying to replicate this problem in desktop by changing the view size by opening inspector, if it happens on all small screens, you might see something happening in the console and/or network tab.
