My website is hosted through BigScoots, I’ve had it for about 6 months now. The last couple of days whenever I try login, I would occasionally get an error message but it would load after a couple minutes. Yesterday it completely stopped loading, I can’t access the website or admin page at all.
It’s also not just the WordPress website, I can’t even get into the Control Panel or phpMyadmin through Bigscoots.
The weird thing is I can access the website and WordPress admin page on my cell phone but not my iPad, even with my phone being connected to the same wifi network. I tried to access it in Firefox, no response.
I’ve done all the troubleshooting I could find online:
* Confirmed no outages with Bigscoots
* Cleared cookies & cache, restarted PC
* Uninstalled & reinstalled Chrome
* Reset network settings
* Flushed DNS & changed DNS server assignment to Google 8.8.8.8.
* Reset router
* Confirmed my IP is not blocked on Bigscoots
* I followed the steps from [this previous post](https://www.reddit.com/r/Wordpress/comments/1ap56ef/i_cant_access_my_own_website_on_my_computer_but/) to clear the DNS cache on Chrome but not sure if that even did anything
I’m waiting on a callback to see if my home ISP has somehow blocked it. In the meantime, does anyone have any other suggestions?
