Hello everyone
I’ve been helping problems optimizing my website for ages now and I’m at a loss as to what to do.
My website has WP-Optimize, Siteground Speed Optimizer, and Jetpack. I am not quite sure if these plugins are conflicting with each other. When I enable minify with WP-Optimize, all my images stop loading. And I have no idea what that means.
If you have any clues or tips what I could do please leave a comment, I would be very thankful!

The first what you have to I think is decide what cache plugin to use (tre are not the right way), than check in the google page speed not only the score but the information in bottom too because he say you the most important cause the bring your site to be slow
Here is a list of the most frequent problems
– only one cache software (I use autoptimise)
– images in what format they are? Are they to heavy?(best format is webp in the most cases and on the plugin store of WordPress exist express webp it is free)
– check if you have blocking Javascript
– if you have too much images you can delay the image loading after the page load.
Using more than one plugin that performs the same task is definitley a problem. Since you are on Siteground, you should only use SG speed optimizer. I suggest purging the cache in WPO and deactivating it. I see that others already mentioned a bunch of analytics software and that you removed it.

As for caching, shared hosting will only get you so far. For websites with a lower number of plugins, it can be fine but I guess that you have a lot of active plugins. Maybe you can reconsider that and disable some of them.
You should try either SG Optimizer or WP Super Cache. And add Cloudflare in front or any other CDN for
