  1. – Remove any unnecessary code (remove plugins you don’t need, choose a more efficiently written theme).
    – Cache, Cache, and Cache again. The more that can be served from a cache, the less that has to be dynamically generated, and the faster your site will be.

  2. Litespeed plug in and Google site kit helped me alot. Helped point out what was slowing my site down. Minified css, java and lazy load images.
