Can’t delete my account or site because the original email it was under was deleted. I remember the username but can’t recover the password because it just sends the email to the deleted mailbox. I have transaction ID on my bank statement but it apparently doesn’t work. It’s unbelievable how bad their customer service system is. Has anyone dealt with this problem?
