Heyo! I have to update 2022 to 2023 on this page…and I don’t know what that tab-based thing is. I can’t it when I edit the page…wondering if it’s a widget, or where would I find this in WordPress? Thank you in advance peeps!

Heya! Looks like it’s something to do with Qode – is there a Qode item in your admin panel navigation?
The site is built with the wpBakery page builder so it is most likely a component of that and a simple page-building element.
If there is nothing that looks like that on the backend then there is a chance this whole component was built inside another plugin and is inserted into the page using shortcode which is some text inside square brackets [ ] that call on the component to load. This is usually put into a plain text block.
Without poking around myself, it’s impossible to tell but those are the two most likely options.
