Hi Guys!
Just want to ask what skill should I be learning to improve paygrade and also a new learnings.
I’ve been working as a WordPress developer for almost a year now and most of my tasks are building pages from a Photoshop designs and using builders like Elementor, Thrive Theme, Divi, Beaver and Oxygen. I also do troubleshooting when it comes to site errors and also speed optimization.
What should I be learning next? I was wondering if UI-UX is a good thing to learn more since I can create my own designs with that and without requiring the need of the Graphics team and so I can offer better on my side line.

You might do well to learn how to build custom Gutenberg blocks.
I have to be honest, getting to be a good developer is a lot easier than getting to be a good designer, and I think it’s a better space to compete in job-wise.
If you want to go the developer route, the next step to me is learning how to build a theme without a page builder like Elementor or whatnot, compiling your own styles and scripts.
