WordPress website not showing embed preview when posted in discord

As the title says, I have this issue where discord does not generate a preview of a post/page link from my WordPress website. However, it does give me a preview on Facebook and twitter.
I’d guess that it’s a Discord setting of some sort if its working in other places. Perhaps the channel doesn’t want previews? Do other link previews from other users work in the same channel? That would be one way to check.
