WordPress’s lack of customer service

Hi,

I’ve been on WordPress for many years and I just renewed my plan. I had to go with Creator level because of my budget but after I restored my content and got everything ready, WordPress locked me out and my site disappeared. When I sent emails, i didn’t even get a confirmation that they received them. Anyone know why this is and how to talk with a live human being? And again, I already upgraded to the plan that gets me live chat service. It’s like they took my money and left.
