If you ‘unsync’ a legal document from Complianz, the entire page, including the html, is copied and stored as editable content of the page, as opposed to the shortcode, which is the default situation. This way users can edit the resulting page, although it won’t be kept up to date anymore.
The TinyMCE / Classic editor contains a bug which strips out the <summary> and <details> tags on save, which effectively breaks the markup.
This change is a work-around for this classic editor bug.
If you use the shortcode, without ‘unsyncing’, this doesn’t apply to your website.

Bei mir ist das einzige Rechtsdokument die EU-Cookierichtlinie und die Seite wird per Shortcode gefüttert.
Ich weiß auch gar nicht, wie man diese Synchronisierung aufhebt. (Habe das schon mal wo gelesen, finde es aber nicht mehr).
