Even when our support team has provided multiple responses to the same question, complete with technical details and potential bottlenecks in your setup, it seems either these details have been ignored, or perhaps there’s a lack of technical knowledge on your part. We would recommend you to consider hiring a developer for these additional tasks, as we cannot provide such services for free.
We are always eager to assist our customers, but in your case, it appears the process is being misused. Some of our support team members have even marked your account as reply-only for bugs, due to the nature of your demands.
We can understand why you made a public post – to continue your strategy of obtaining free development work. However, some of your statements don’t align with the facts. You paid less for the custom plugin than you’ve mentioned here, and we delivered the plugin and its extra features within a month, not three, as you’ve stated. Both our premium plugin and the custom extension are working flawlessly on your setup. Therefore, we find it hard to see how this could have significantly impacted your project. It appears your project was held back only because we declined to provide extra features for free.
