  2. Yes, but if I understand you correctly, there are already services doing this like Gridpane, Runcloud, and Cloudways (kind of). But they’re not just for WP and I don’t think there’s any control over themes and plugins outside of wp-admin, though I’m not sure why would I want that.

    But any competition is still good!
