Thinking about building a web app that allows freelancers to rate and review clients they have worked with in the past. Idea behind it is try to end the pain point of working with bad clients and only dedicating our resources to those we want to work with.
Basically, client reaches out to you or vice versa, and you search their entity name and see the reviews left by freelancers to make the decision if they want to work with them.

Those sort of platforms only encourage negativity – they are heavily skewed towards negative confirmation-bias i.e. people will only post bad things about their ex-clients, because why would you post anything about a nice client – because they’d still be a client. Sounds like a terrible idea, and fraught with legal issues.
