wp-admin Page Not Found – First time *trying* to make a site

Hi All,
I’m trying to start my first website using wordpress and trying to fumble my way through everything and very little success. This is all new to me so hope my terminology/descriptions make some kind of sense. I bought a domain through Godaddy before realizing I should have gone elsewhere. After the purchase I read I should use cloudflare so tried to move it but was under the 60 day lock so just ended up updated the DNS nameserve to cloudflares? Then I installed WordPress app on godaddy but apparently that had issues with the cloudflare nameserve so I changed it back to Godaddys. Now the website appears if I go directly to it but the wp-admin can’t be found.
Basically I took my first step and fell flat on my face and can’t get back up. Below are the steps I did but can’t figure out how to get into the wp-admin to start using wordpress? I’ve googled everything and tried some steps but still stuck. Any advice is super appreciated.

• Bought a domain on Godaddy
• Moved DNS nameserver to Cloudflare
• Bought Hosting on Godaddy
• Installed WordPress app through Godaddy
• Changed DNS nameserver back to Godaddy
• Activated/added SSL
• When I go to /wp-admin/ through Godaddy cPanel and says Page Not Found and shows /deleteme.sso8a146b50c80a41d1abf83d288f9f511d.php?728aac9cae21430a8ac36b1a45adf8541 after url
