It looks like you have some code in the Header area of the Header & Footer submenu of WPCode.
Please remove the code there.
If there’s no code there, please deactivate any snippets you have active in WPCode.
From what I can see, your code adds the <head> tag again which it shouldn’t as there should only be 1 <head> tag on a HTML page and that is already added from your theme.
I have some css snippits located in the header, where else should I locate them?
