Outside observer here genuinely curious.

Anyone know if there public data that tracks WP’s share through time of existing and new-build websites? Wondering if WP is losing share to the more prescribed but more user-friendly options for self-creators like wix and godaddy.

Also wondering if anything in the WP ecosystem credibly competes with the gen-AI tools that those competitors have introduced? If not, does anyone know if anyone is developing anything along these lines?
