WP keeps logging me out from incognito chrome tab, but non incognito stays logged in, why?

With the incognito i have a gmail tab, youtube tab and WP tab, the gmail and youtube never gets logged out, but i have to relogin for WP every 8 hrs or so, why is that?

Can i change it somehow?

I am not closing the browser, it remains open
