WP Mulsite Tables not Showing as Sites

SO I moved the location of an old multisite to a new folder.
I basically made a new instance on LOCAL flywheel

THen copy pasted the wp-content
ANd imported the old DB into new multisite.

Now when I load up new multisite it has the tables in DB but doesnt recognise any of the blog tables as sites.

I can create a new site on it and it adds table to the db.

WHAT DO!?
