Hello.
1) For ability to have the booking form in several languages you need to use some translation plugins, like WPML or Polylang on the same website instead of using the WP multi site installation. Please check more here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/several-languages/
if you will use the WP multi site then Booking Calendar will not have sync calendars in this case.
2) Unfortunately such type of dates selection with 2 fields is not available in actual versions of Booking Calendar. We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin, but I can not say when exactly it’s will be implemented. Thank you for understanding.
