I would like to add a weekly newsletter to our product and am aware of all the newsletter plugins that exist. Some seem good, but I also wonder if there’s an even more integrated service out there. Is anyone aware of a newsletter service that also supports full WP instances?

I haven’t tried it yet, but Automattic recently released a full-fledged newsletter product and a supporting theme. I would look here first since it’s native to WordPress…
