I took the time to test the plugin using the different purge methods that are available, unfortunately, I am not able to recreate the issue. I have enabled debug mode, and the log generation feature, however, there are no entries similar to the one you mentioned. We are not aware of the specifics of your website setup in order to investigate the case further we would require access to the application. As the website is hosted with our company please post a new support ticket via the user area and our technical support team will investigate it further.
