I checked your link and it worked properly to me.
If you meant the variations were not fully displayed on the shop/archive page for the selection, please to go the plugin settings under WPClever >> Variation Swatches >> Enter a higher limit for the variations on the archive/shop page.
We enabled 20 as limit on our live demo, so all the attributes will be displayed the same as on the single product page: https://demo.wpclever.net/wpcvs/
