Why every time you preview a page does it look COMPLETELY different when you post the short code? I have created a table and it looks how I want it but when I put the short code on a page it looks like shit. How hard is it for the preview to look like the actual page?

Your theme CSS is likely trying to alter it.
Share the url. You’d just need to write some CSS the plugin centers the table by default – there’s probably a setting for it.
