I am having an issue where file uploads are not included in the form notifications when files are uploaded in the form from mobile devices. Works as expected when uploaded to the form on a computer.
Files appear to upload and appear visibly added to the form. There are no errors when hitting submit. However, when the notification arrives the files are not included in the user submission. I’ve enabled/disabled settings, tried taking new pictures and using existing images, tried on both Android and IOS devices, and tried both native and other mobile browsers with no luck.
For context, it is a “free quote” form that allows for a few images to be included when requesting/completing the quote form. Relatively standard. I’ve added all the different file types .jpg, .jpeg, .png, and tested adding .heic, .heif, .heiv.
Any suggestions or directions would be very much appreciated. I’ve searched but nothing really pops up with any info. TIA.
