Hi, I’ve been using WPForms on my website and so far it hasn’t been a problem until recently.
The following error message appears when attempting to submit the form: “Form has not been submitted, please see the errors below.” Though there is no error shown except for the submitting button looping “Sending”.
I’ve gone to my form’s setting and found the following error message under “From Email”, which I had entered “{field_id=”2″}” as ID#2 is where my customers enter their email address:
“Please enter a valid email address. Your notifications won’t be sent if the field is not filled in correctly.”
I’ve tried clicking on “Show Smart Tags” and select “Email”. The “From Email” field is exactly the same “{field_id=”2″}” but the error message is still there.
I don’t know if it’s something to do with WPForms or if I’ve done something wrong. If it’s the latter case, I wonder what else I can do to make it work?
