I have current version WPForms (paid for basic) + WP Mail SMTP lite.
I have just discovered that customers have been filling out my forms but I am not receiving them (I send Google ad traffic to my website too, so have possibly wasted thousands). I only receive some of the entries via email and in the entries section.
The rest are just nowhere to be found.
Nothing in spam either.
What can I do to find them? How do I fix this problem?
WpForms support not much help – just told me it’s working when they test.

Are your SPF and DMARC records setup? How are you sending the emails?
