Are the smart tags like {admin_email} in the notifications in wpforms a token that picks up the actual email address and posts the message to the mail server for delivery?
I have been asked to look after a site that has two wpfroms and in the notification sections it uses these tokens (not sure if that is the name) but looking at this and testing the forms the emails are not being sent. I can edit the {admin_email} to an actual email address, but I wonder if it should pick up the email address from somewhere (?) and work like that is or it has never been set up correctly?
