WPGraphQL & Custom post types – can’t access custom fields via query

I’m new to WPGraphQL and while I can see my custom post name in the query composer and can access standard post fields like ‘title’, I can’t see my custom post fields… are they buried in there somewhere?
I’m using CPT UI to create the post type and enabling GraphQL in it’s interface.
