First of all, we sincerely apologise for any inconveniences.
In fact, that is the way our plugin works. If it is disabled then our plugin can not interfere to the report anymore. That’s why the sum will be counted based on the default currency.
In this case, if you need to view the report in all the currencies then please kindly enable the plugin. After that, you can disable it again in case needed.
Or you also can export all the orders and manually check the report.

I would suggest the implementation of a tool to revert everything back in case the plugin gets uninstalled. Hopefully it will help the user.
