Wrong picture after selecting variations

[ad_1]

Hi @babylonmosaic

I need your help resolving this issue… :/ can’t find a solution.
When you select the options to custom the product, the picture change to a wrong product. The 1rst pic sould not change when customing options are selected.

From what I understand, you’re having trouble with product images not updating correctly when you choose different product variations.

Let’s start by making sure that you’ve assigned images to each product variation in your WooCommerce settings correctly. Here’s how you can do it: head over to the product’s edit page, scroll down to the ‘Product Data’ section, click on ‘Variations‘, and then pick the specific variation. You’ll see an option there to upload or choose an image for each variation. If you need more help, this 👉 Variable Product guide could be useful.

If you’ve already done this and the issue continues, it could be due to a conflict with your theme or one of your plugins. To check, temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (like Storefront) and deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce. If this solves the problem, reactivate your theme and plugins one by one to find out which one is causing the conflict. Here’s a handy guide on how to test for conflicts: 👉 How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts.

If the problem persists even after these steps, we could use more details to help you better. Screenshots of the product variations and the incorrect images would be especially helpful. This will let us understand the issue better and provide a more precise solution.

You can share screenshots using https://snipboard.io. Just follow the page instructions and paste the URL in your reply.

Additionally, sharing your site’s System Status report will give us a better understanding of your site’s setup and help us identify the problem. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

If there are any fatal error logs, please share those too. You can find them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Once you’ve gathered this information, please paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com to paste it and share the link with us.

Thanks for your patience and cooperation in this matter! We’re here to help you get this sorted.
