And I only duplicated one of your models, so it should work, since it works for the other two popups, why not this one?
@renaisonp Just checked the page, and looks like there are 2 plugins, and both of them are set to mark conversion as complete when visitors views the popup.
Since you are using forms, you should set the popup goal to Form Submission. Go to each of the campaigns, and then from the goal menu on top, select the goal type to Form Submission and select the form inside your popup.
Once you do that, the goal will be marked as complete each time a visitor submits the form.
