I have your paid subscription, but can’t submit a ticket on your site!
I run my feeds for several month now and haven’t changed anything, but since yesterday the XML Feeds for Google Shopping and Facebook stucks at 100%. The TXT Feed for Local Shopping is still working. I’m using an external Cron Job with cron-job,org and everything looks good there too.
