I do see what you are referring to.
The plugin however only loads the Highlight.js or Prism.js scripts and styles. It adds them exactly as provided via the official Highlight/Prims source, without any modification. Looking at your pages, it appears that the plugin is doing its part in this regard.
Best advice would be to report the issue to Prism.js developers. They will be able to resolve any issue with the scripts/styles not working correctly. And it *looks* like the issue already has been reported here, so it may just be a matter of time before resolved.
