Recently, I have noticed a problem when scheduling posts in WordPress using the Yoast SEO Premium plugin. When scheduling a post to be published in the future, the meta tags generated by Yoast are incorrect. It is worth noting that the canonical comes with a slash (/), as does the og:url. Additionally, the og:image comes with the relative URL of the image.
I have already tried resetting the indexables and resolving the previous URLs, but new posts are still coming with the same error. This issue is quite frustrating, as meta tags are essential for SEO and content marketing. I am using the latest versions of both WordPress and Yoast SEO Premium, but I have not been able to find a solution to the problem so far.
I am sure that many other users of Yoast SEO Premium may be facing this same issue when scheduling their posts in WordPress. Therefore, I would like to know if anyone else is experiencing this and if anyone has found a solution to it. Thank you in advance for your help.
