Your server is not powerful enough to process image

well it can be because of low execution time limit, or not enough CPU or RAM to process that image… you need to raise your server config to higher values

Firstly try to change max_execution_time value to much bigger number (x10 or x100). If this will not help, then you need more CPU/RAM power.
