I have no question. today I recieved an email from you that the license is about to be renewed.
I don’t want that and I want you hereby to cancel my subscription.
Because I did not set a password in the past after the purchase I don’t have an account and it is impossible to access my subscription. My email address is not registered in the system and therefore I can’t reset my password.
if my bank account is debited, i will return the money.
I wrote also an ticket to the support.
