Your tips for telling a client ‘No’

[ad_1]

Got an extremely fussy client that can’t and won’t stop with change requests despite the job being fully done as per the proposal we agreed on.

I’ve gone above and beyond to satisfy her and willingly changed things that weren’t even in scope at the start.

But at this point she’s well and truly taking the piss, likely after she noticed I was happy to oblige the first few times she requested changes.

Today I told her the most recent short list of things are fine to be changed, but after that I’ll need to bill her for my time, and she reactedas if I’m trying to con her.

So come on, what are your best tips with penny pinchers like these?
