/%category%/%tag%

Hello,

I'm looking for a way to make it so that instead of my urls for tags being:

example.com/tag/tag-name

It's actually /category/tag/tag-name.

Lets for instance the category is wordpress and the tag name is security.

Tags should have the link example.com/wordpress/security so that's domain/category/tag-name any idea how to achieve this with custom code?
