Hi,
I am using 2 Factor Authentication option for some years now and it has been working well. But now, I don’t get the e-mail with the authentication code so I cannot log in to my site. I tried to Turn two factor authentication (2FA) off at the dashboard of cleantalk, but somehow this option cannot be saved. The site indicates, that the changes are saved, but still showing unticked. What can I do?
