Since v3.6.3 we started removing very old code we were using to provide compatibility with old WooCommerce versions. This can affect custom templates which can be using outdated methods too.
Could you please share your custom template folder zipped on file.io, so I can check the code and update it for this to work from now on? Please note that file.io will delete the uploaded file after the first download.

I adjusted the custom template by myself again, as there were some more aligning adjustments I needed to do.
