3.24.4 changed sliders and some other elements, a generalized sanitize issue

[ad_1]

Hi, @joaoperigo.

Thanks for reaching out to us. In regards to the custom code, please note that questions, conflicts and compatibility issues pertaining to custom code are beyond our support scope. However, we’re glad to hear you found a working solution for this particular issue.

Regarding the Carousel and Slider widgets, an internal report was recently created regarding this issue and our developers are working to issue a fix in a future version. While I cannot provide an ETA for a resolution at this time, I encourage you to keep an eye on our changelog:

Elementor Changelog

In the meantime, you can try the following workaround to see if it helps:

  • Open the file at Elementor (core) -> includes -> widgets -> image-carousel.php
  • Scroll to Line # 1058
  • There you can see the following lines of code: if ( Utils::has_invalid_post_permissions( $attachment_post ) ) { return ”; }
  • Comment out these lines.

You can also check out the following thread on our Github page: https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/28946

We apologize for any convenience and appreciate your patience as this issue is resolved.

Kind Regards,
